Silver State 2024 Pro Nitro Truck A-Main

For Pro Truggy it seemed Ryan Maifield decided he wanted a show of his own. Ryan checked out on the field with a comfortable gap from very early in the race. The initial battle would be between Phend and Fuller with Mason having the slight advantage first. Dakotah would get 2nd back through fuel stops and hold onto it until the end. The closing laps saw a battle between Spencer Rivkin and Mason...

Pro Ebuggy would be up first and there isn’t much to say other than it was the Mason Fuller show. Mason led from start to finish with a pace and consistency that no one else could match. Mason took advantage of Green Kosmos, an S15 Body, a Razor Wing and various other JConcepts accessories as part of the winning package! Following behind him was a fierce battle for the remaining podium spots. J...

The final show of the weekend would be the Juan Carlos Canas show in Nitro Buggy to close out the pro classes at the 2024 Silver State Nitro Challenge. Maifield, Phend, and Canas would all battle for the lead until just before the halfway point when Juan Carlos would take over and finally begin to inch away from the field lap after lap. Dakotah would find himself battling with Spencer Rivkin fo...

Why do a video and not explain why he is running a directional tire backwards??? 🤷🏾♂️
The team associated got him pushing to many pencils
Where were you lil bump…? Only reason I wanted to watch mate.
Lil bump is a dude… Hope he’s just getting started and becomes a house hold name in rc racing.
What shock spring and oil weight do you guys recommend after all these years. ?
We've been using AE 1.6 or 1.7 pistons with 30wt and the softest AE spring that is made for the rear of the buggy. We've also ran some Traxxas white progression dual rate springs.
@@JConceptsLive thank you. I appreciate the response
where and what track is this???
sickkkk
Bro just straight took em out on the last lap of A2 🤦♂️
Thank you for all that you do for this great hobby Jason.
Some speed along the back straight!
Nice race
Don't tell anyone, but servo rubber bushings work great for this purpose.
I wish there was a better way to identify which car belongs to which driver. Cars are to small to see number plates. On TV/UA-cam maybe there is a tech to have a callout floating over the car to know which driver it is. But anyways very cool event and nice facility.
Wow! I had no idea Norms RC hobbies was in business that far back , after his track was closed he still owned the hoby shop here in Carrollton Texas until mid 2000's when he ended up being diagnosed with cancer and Norms RC hobbies was no more. Unfortunately Norm passed away a few years ago .
That track is awesome that off camber mougels is cool
Love the rc monster truck of ms.bigfoot too cool
What does #5 t stand for of the bigfoot monster truck?
Like all three of these rc monster trucks too cool
I drag my cars and when I got serious about fine tuning everything including balanced wheels it made a huge difference. Balanced wheels also make a huge steering difference when running at high speed. This a fine economy device.
The work jason and fred do for the rc monster truck community is unmatched. Jconcepts absolutely kills it with everything they do.
Niiiice
It's been awhile since we've seen a J Concepts garage Vlog as far as anything monster truck related.
I really miss the dirt of the 90's. Offroad racing needs dirt flying.
They need to bring back rear motor short course racing
The pinnacle of short course racing
Are these 1/10 scale? Look small.
1/8 scale.
✌🏻😎🏴Arrmageddon looks kinda trash I’m not going to lie. Who organised it? Could have been so much better. Please tell me that people didn’t pay money to go to this. I was expecting so much more. Should have called it something other than Arrmageddon from what I’ve seen so far.
Awesome highlight video! Looked like a blast.
it’s nice to see that they had a real rc truck there pulling around the broken and slow rc cars in a wagon
The best truck in the video is at 1:43 😂😂😂😂😂😂
Not 1 nitro how lame
I had one of these around 1988. I think it would look great painted fire engine red.
Don't forget about the team built truck so you can put your own engine and electronics in it 😎. I have the Blue version nib of the team built truck.
Why add weight? When you can take it away.. with rc propeller you scrap the plastic blade to balance them cause putty would fling off..
These vintage cars can still rip
Guys this needs a lone up to know what the hell is going on this is useless
When Justin shows up to my local track, I pack up my shxt and call it a day 😅
These are very nice looking parts and a nice change from the more common machined aluminum Clod Buster gearcases, axle tubes, steering knuckles, and ladder bars that are also very nice but heavier than the stock Tamiya parts that they replace. I would be interested to hear from people that have actually used these JConcepts Clod Buster parts and how they compare to the stock Tamiya parts. In particular, it would be nice to know if they are actually stronger than the stock parts that are made from ABS plastic. Also, I would like to know what plastic people chose as Shapeways lets you pick from different kinds of plastic when you place an order.
Race 44 please
Thank you for the video! I wish I have a track like this nearby
Guys this is useless without a marker to know who is first or second come on
love the concrete turn! great racing
The back shot of the double and the cars twisting in midair is so cool!
At about 11 or 12 years old I'd go into the local Hobby Store and stare at the high-end RC Buggies on display. I specifically remember the Tamiya Fox and Team Associated RC10. I remember the excitement I felt looking at those machines. I also remember my dad saying: "Well son, that there isn't really a toy" because they weren't cheap. Later that Christmas I received a Tyco Aerohopper lol. I loved my Areohopper, but I broke it on day 1 and cried myself to sleep. A broken Aerohopper taught be how to get creative in fixing things. From that point forward though, it would be real rc vehicles only. I bought a used Tamiya Blackfoot from a neighbor and later my older brother sent me a used RC10 goldpan in the mail. RC cars were a huge part of my childhood and early teen years...and I don't regret it for a minute!
Got to say I’ve been seeing a bunch of roar nationals and this one kind of sucks no commentary no leaderboard no time nothing geez
I'm surprised to see these races go for 10 minutes, granted I used to race when back around 1999-2002 and the races were 5 minutes. Batteries must have come a long way since then.
I’ve been on the watching bench of roar nationals and I don’t understand why some of these don’t have a grid. Do you know who’s winning or not? It’s hard enough to watch you. Don’t really know what the hell is happening. That grid or lineup helps a lot.
That orizinal rc10 is still a competitive car to this day.
As an old guy who has been racing since the 80s, please make bodies that are attractive. These new cab forward bodies are just ugly and don't exist in actual motorsports. ROAR should outlaw them just for being ugly. Take the old RC10 Body from 1988 and work from there. Read Cab please.
crazy how fast 5 years goes
what the different between buggy and trunks?
